Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein celebrates Holi festival with all joy and happiness. The two couples on the show, will be seen performing on ‘Holi Khele Raghuveera’ from the movie Baghban.
Soon after the Holi festivity, Nivedita (Neha Sargam) will take a big decision of leaving the Sood house..
Our source states, “Nivedita had taken it upon herself to unite Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) and his family. Now that all is well and her duty is complete, she will make her intention clear of leaving the house. Viren and the entire family will try to persuade her to stay back”.
We hear that the coming episodes will open up a romantic track between Nivi and Viren.

Kartik Sabharwal to do a cameo in Chand Chupa Badal Mein | 9169
Karthik Sabharwal who had essayed a very important cameo in Rajan Shahi’s Bidaai will now be seen in their present show on Star Plus, Chand Chupa Badal Mein.
He essays the role of Bhaiyaji, the man who is behind the entire scam of question paper leak. Yash, Nivedita’s brother though innocent has been trapped in this scam, as a result of which the Sharma family will now go thro’ a major crisis. Nivi (Neha Sargam) decides to fight for her brother, but it will be Viren’s (Kinshuk Mahajan) selfless and unconditional support that will stand out in the whole track.
Our source states, “Nivi has done a lot for Viren and his family. But now Viren will do a lot more to support his wife and her family. Nivi will initially not want his help, but the manner in which Viren will go about exposing Bhaiyyaji will be very interesting”.
The unit is shooting an extensive fight sequence with Bhaiyaji and Viren today. The Maha episode wherein Bhaiyaji will come to the fore front will be aired tomorrow, i.e. 26th March.
If sources are to be believed, Viren will have to face a lot of issues and problems in this fight of his and a major twist awaits the viewers in the coming episodes.

After the drama and tension, it’s time for some romance in Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein. Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan)-Nivi (Neha Sargam) are ready to take their marriage to the next level and will get cozy and will consummate their marriage…
A source reveals, “Nivi and Viren will see some sensuous moment in the coming track of Chand Chupa Badal Mein. Viren will arrange a surprise for Nivi where he decorates the bed room with flowers and surprises. Nivi too falls for Viren’s surprise and will share some closeness with him.”
A little birdie from the sets informs, “Yesterday the sequence was shot where Viren and Nivedita get close to each other and consummate their marriage. The scene was shot with the song, Bahon Ke Darmiyan from the movie Khamoshi.”
We contacted Kinshuk Mahajan and he says, “Yes, we have shot for the sequence where Nivi and Viren will consummate their marriage. It is fun to shoot such scenes (laughs).”
When asked about the comfort zone while doing such scenes Kinshuk says, “It was not for the first time that we both have shot for such a scene and now, it has been long that we are working together.”

Divya to take a harsh decision in Chand Chupa | 9389
Happy moments are on its way in Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein on Star Plus. But before they come, a drama has been knitted to grip more eye balls.
As per the on going track Divya (Rishma Roshlani) is expecting a baby and is upset with Nivi (Neha Sargam) as she thinks that Nivi is jealous of her.
A source says, “In the coming episodes, viewers will see that Divya, without even informing Siddharth (Abhishek Tiwari) and the rest of the family, will take the rough decision to abort the child. The reason for her to take such a decision is because she feels she has no importance in the family and Siddharth still bothers about Nivi more than her”
“She feels Siddharth, being her husband, is still worried about Nivi and not his wife. So due to the jealousy factor, Divya decides to go and abort the child. But at the right time, Siddharth will come to know the truth about Divya being pregnant and will stop her from aborting the child at the hospital,” adds source.
We contacted Abhishek Tewari and he confirmed, “Yes, I am on the verge to be a proud father in the show. That’s all is happening in the show.”

Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein hovers around the ‘Who Dun it’ track, and the finger of suspicion has been moving from one person to another!!
In yesterday’s episode, the entire doubt fell on Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) when Nivedita (Neha Sargam) realized that her husband was already back to Shimla two days back, but did not get back home for reasons known only to him.
Our source states, “Nivi will confront Viren with this question once she gets Viren’s return air ticket from the wallet. Nivedita will surely get suspicious about the whole thing. However, Viren will smartly handle the issue and tackle it in his own way. After this, Viren convinces Nivi for the honeymoon and makes all the arrangements needed. Later, both Sid (Abhishek Tewari) and Viren get to know that, they both have chosen the same destination and resort for their respective honeymoons. When Divya (Rishma Roshlani) gets to know of it, she objects to this unpleasant coincidence, but Sid somehow convinces her to get ready for their honeymoon”.
We hear that the two couples, Sid-Divya and Viren-Nivi will head for Goa for their honeymoon. The track ahead will have some splendid romantic moments of both the couples, which will of course be coupled with the mystery track..
The prime suspects for Nivi will be Sid and Viren, and her doubt will keep oscillating from one person to another for a while!!

It’s play-time in Chand Chupa Badal Mein.. | 8602
TellyBuzz earlier reported that Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein on Star Plus will now focus on the honeymoon sequences of the two couples, Nivi (Neha Sargam)-Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) and Sid (Abhishek Tewari)-Divya (Rishma Rochlani). The unit is presently shooting in Madh for the same.
The coming episodes will see a grand party organized in the resort where the couples are staying.
A source states, “The resort staff will arrange for a small competition, and all the couples residing there will take part in it. The husbands would be blind folded and will be made to touch the hands of lot many ladies, in which they have to identify their girl. In other words, the husband has to identify his wife with just a hand shake”.
We hear that while nobody is able to succeed in this competition, it is Viren who manages to identify Nivi by touching her hand for a second. As a gift, the resort staff allows Nivi and Viren to stay in the resort for one more extra day, and that too free of cost. This again annoys Divya but Sid manages to calm her down.
Amidst all this fun and masti, Nivedita’s suspicion will continue to oscillate between Sid and Viren.
We talked to Kinshuk and he confirmed the Buzz saying, “Yes, we will win the competition and it was a wonderful experience to shoot this sequence”.

Star Plus’ Chand Chupa Badal Mein, produced by Rajan Shahi will reach a dramatic point tonight wherein the viewers will finally get to see the face of the stalker who has been intimidating Nivedita (Neha Sargam) for a while now!!
Yesterday’s episode had a sequence wherein Nivi almost came face to face with the stalker as she tried to pull out the mask from the person’s face. However, she was not successful in doing so, as the other masked person beat her on her head and she fell unconscious. At the end of the episode, it looked as though Sid (Abhishek Tewari) is the stalker as the masked person and Sid wore the same kind of shirt, but tonight’s episode will unmask the real culprit!!
Our source states, “The stalker had got injured at his back when a sharp nail pierced him when he had a tussle with Nivi. And a scar at the same place will be revealed on Viren’s back while he is taking his bath. This will be a huge revelation of sorts for the viewers, and this will take the show to a different level”.
We hear that Viren has a childhood past that forces him to behave so weirdly with Nivedita. The back story to this will be worked on very soon.
“Viren will put up a weird expression on his face when his scar is revealed, and he will ask himself to be extremely careful when he tries to trap Nivi the next time”, adds our source.
When contacted, Kinshuk Mahajan told us, “I do not know who is doing all this. Nothing is clear as of now”.

It’s very rare for actors to get some recreation time, that too on the sets of their show!! But the unit of Star Plus’ Chand Chupa Badal Mein consider themselves lucky as they happened to enjoy one such off day without the stress of shoot taking its toll on them.
It so happened that the actors of Rajan Shahi’s show were waiting for their script for the day. Instead of idling on the sets, they decided to kill time by playing a game of badminton.
Our source from the set says, “Actually the entire crew wanted to utilize the waiting time in a better way. So they decided on taking on a game of badminton. They enjoyed their time as they played”.
When contacted, Kinshuk Mahajan told us, “Yes, actually we did not get the script on time, so we thought of enjoying in our own way. Our Director actually came up with the idea of playing badminton. We had been shooting continuously for many days now, and this was indeed a welcome change. We put the time to full use (smiles)”.
Kinshuk was joined by the Director, few unit members, Abhishek Tewari, Neha Sargam and Rishma Roshlani in the game.
Kinshuk who has a passion to play states, “I am not a fitness freak, but I love to be fit. I feel relaxed when I indulge myself in games”.
Well, it is a good sight indeed to watch actors enjoying life to the fullest…

Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein will see some happy times now, with the 50th wedding anniversary of Dada and Dadi fast approaching!!
The unit recently shot for an episode wherein the entire family is seen celebrating the big day in style.
A khabro from the sets informs, “Yesterday we shot for the sequence where we celebrated the 50th wedding anniversary of Siddharth’s grandparents. Dadaji has fully recovered after whatever happened to him earlier, and takes part in the occasion. The family plans a re-marriage of the elderly couple to celebrate their 50 years of togetherness”.
Dadaji will also be seen wooing Dadiji all over again in one sequence.
“The elderly couple shot for a musical sequence wherein Dadaji is seen singing the evergreen romantic number ‘Aee Meri Johra Zabi’…from the movie Waqt. As this happens, Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) will scheme yet again against Sid (Abhishek Tewari) so that he loses his face before the entire family”, adds our source.

Kinshuk turns psychotic for Chand Chupa Badal Mein.. | 8347
Kinshuk Mahajan played the chocolate boy Ranveer in Director’s Kut’s popular show Bidaai after which he returned to the same production house with their other show on Star Plus, Chand Chupa Badal Mein.
His entry brought in a curiosity factor to the storyline, and today Viren, the character he plays in the show has won lot praise. Now, the buzz is that the character will further undergo a twist wherein he will be projected as a psychotic who is too much in love with Nivedita (Neha Sargam).
We hear that the story ahead will take a dramatic turn where it will be shown that Viren has a hidden personality within him and this will reveal his dark side.
Director’s Kut who has till now developed extremely positive characters, will for the first time be churning out a character who is completely obsessed in love and can go to any limit for his own love.
When contacted, Kinshuk accepted the graphical change that his character will have and said, “Viren is a passionate lover and if you call him as psychotic, so be it (smiles). When Rajan Sir and Ritesh Sir earlier narrated the character of Viren to me, I took it up as a challenge. After Bidaai, I had to play something different, and I was getting lot many offers. But Rajan Sir convinced me that this character has a lot of scope and has few shades, which will not be visible to the viewers initially. Viren loves Nivedita a lot and whatever he does is for his love. All I can say is that whenever a person has a lot of love inside, may be he becomes obsessed, or as I am labeled today – psychotic (smiles), but it’s all for love”.
Elaborating further, Kinshuk says, “Rajan Sir and our creative Ritesh Modi Sir had told me that I should not be looking at what Viren does in 2010. Instead I should be looking at what the character does in the year 2011. Rajan Sir had told me that I will be the new face of the hero of DKP in the year 2011, and today I can understand what he exactly meant”.
“This track will provide for lot of intriguing moments which will raise questions like ‘Why is Viren doing the disappearing act’, ‘What exactly is his past’, ‘What kind of love does he have for Nivi, and will he stand by her for life’… All I would tell my fans is that I am excited to see the growth that my character has got. There will be loads of unexpected turns wherein Viren will love Nivi by exceeding all limits. You can experience the most unexpected, and all this happens for love”, adds Kinshuk.

Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein will have a dance and a dream sequence soon on the occasion of Karwa Chauth. The audience will see both the couples, Nivedita and Viren, and Vidya and Siddharth, shaking their legs together on the same floor.
A source from the sets informs, ” Today we are going to shoot a dance sequence for Karwa Chauth as we have completed all our initial rituals for the function. In this Karwa Chauth, Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) will fast for Nivedita (Neha Sargam) wondering why only wives should fast for the whole day will remain without food for the whole day.”
Adding to the same our source goes on, ” While the function is on, Viren will have a dream sequence with Nivedita (Neha Sargam). Apart from this Siddharth (Abhishek Tiwari) and Divya (Rishma Roshlani) too will move their legs on the song Bole Chudiya Bole Kangna… from the movie Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum. All the tracks of dream sequence and a dance events will move simultaneously on the same episode.”

We hear that Viren will soon start to show his love towards Nivedita, and will want her to appear before him in her bridal attire so that they can have some good moments as a couple. There will also be a song sequence in this particular scene.

Kinshuk to do Bhangda in Chand Chupa! | 7946
Celebrations are on for Divya (Rishma Roshlani) and Siddharth’s (Abhishek Tewari) wedding in Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein!! And after the gidda performance by the cast, here comes yet another bhangda performance on the show by Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan).
A source says, “After the Joda ceremony of Divya and Siddharth came the big twist of Viren proposing to Nivedita (Neha Sargam). Now, Viren goes a step ahead and performs for Nivi, where he will be seen grooving to the amous Punjabi sing Nagada Nagada from the movie Jab We Met. The shoot is taking place today and will air within few days.”
We also hear that Kinshuk is not leaving any stone unturned to give his best on the sets, and was seen rehearsing for the shoot since last night.

We too hear from our source that the wedding dress (Joda) which Divya (Rishma Roshlani) was wearing for her ceremony was weighing around 30 KGs, and this was a matter of concern.
To know more on this, we called up Rishma, who said, “Ohh My God, I can’t forget that day of shoot when I was continuously shooting for the sequence with 30 KGs of attire and that too under hot sun. But now I am freed from that attire”.

Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein will go thro’ a festive phase with the kickstart of the wedding rituals of Siddharth (Abhishek Tewari) and Divya (Rishma Rochlani). Kinshuk Mahajan states, “Yes, we are shooting for the dance performance right now. It is the first time that I am dancing with Neha and she is a very good dancer and dances well to the beats. The entire song will have hidden messages to give, which will leave Sid confused. But at the end of the song, Sid will understand what is exactly happening. So look for this twist”.

Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein on Star Plus has been going thro’ some major drama of late, but tonight’s episode will take it to a new crescendo, which will leave the protagonist Nivedita (Neha Sargam) in dilemma!!
A source close to TellyBuzz informs, “In today’s episode Siddharth (Abhishek Tewari) will get to know the truth of Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) and Nivedita, that they are faking a relationship and that Nivi is still in love with him and not Viren. He will also get to know that Nivi is sacrificing her love so that her sister Divya (Rishma Roshlani) and Sid get happily married. In simple words, she does not want Divya to go thro’ a heartbreak”.
So how does Sid react on knowing this? It’s very obvious!! He simply backs out from marrying Divya. But there’s more coming!!
“After knowing the fact, Sid declares before all that he will not marry Divya. In order to save Nivi from facing further humiliation, Viren all of a sudden proclaims before the family that he is in love with Nivedita, and wants to marry her. This leaves Nivi and all others shell-shocked”, quips our source.

The enmity between the Sharma’s and the Sood’s in Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein on Star Plus is getting intense with every passing episode!! Things will get worse in tonight’s episode when Dadiji (Sarita Joshi) will suffer a severe heart attack and Nivi (Neha Sargam) will again be put in dilemma!!
Our source states, “Vandana (Nitika Anand) will tell Nivi not to go to her maayka and this is overheard by Divya (Rishma Rochlani) who goes and tells the same to Dadi. This is when the elderly lady suffers a heart attack, and will have to be rushed to the hospital. When this crisis happens in the Sharma family, Nivi is once again stopped by Chanchal (Payal Nair) and others to not go and meet Dadi”.
Nivi’s docile and quiet attitude certainly does not mean that she is weak, and it comes out of sheer respect to elders. However, when the Soods cross their limit, Nivi will refuse to take this nonsense and will decide to go and be on the side of her ailing Dadi, come what may.
“This reaction of Nivi is not taken well by the Soods, and they ask Nivi to never come back to their house. With Nivi left stranded, there will come a point where Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) will have to choose between what is right and what is wrong”, adds our source.
Will Viren stand by his wife and support her? Will his decision result in the Soods disowning the Laadla beta of the house?
When contacted, Kinshuk Mahajan said, “Well, Viren is certainly very unpredictable. So you will have to see how he reacts. All I can tell you is that this is a very unconventional love story and there will be lots of twists coming up in the near future”.

Yes, you guessed it right as it is Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) responsible for putting her in a tight spot!! As viewers expect Viren to behave aggressively after knowing that Nivi is the girl he has been searching for, they will get to see something different!!
A source tells us, “In tonight’s episode, amidst the Gidda celebrations, Nivedita rushes from the scene and goes out. Viren follows her, and they have an interaction. There is some major drama where Viren gets hurt and the ultimate talk happens in a showroom where Viren who is injured with blood oozing out confesses that he is in love with Nivedita. The girl of course is taken aback and is shocked to hear Viren propose”.
This is a major turning point in the story and viewers will start to wonder what Viren is up to now, and what made him propose so soon!! Tonight’s episode is a power-packed one wherein the unexpected happens.
When contacted, Kinshuk Mahajan told TellyBuzz, “Yes, there is a big highpoint coming in today’s episode. You will see Viren react in a different manner. Viren has been shown as a completely volatile character, and nobody knows how he will react to different situations. Likewise, there is a twist coming tonight too. Marriage season is on in Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein and the families are getting ready for the marriage ceremony of Siddharth (Abhishek Tewari) and Divya (Rishma Roshlani).
A buzz has come to us that Divya might back out from the marriage ceremony as she will come to know about Nivedita (Neha Sargam) and Siddharth’s love affair.
An insider from the sets informs, “The marriage preparations are on for Siddharth and Divya’s wedding, but Divya is somehow not feeling that good because she is worried about the changed behavior of Siddharth. Siddharth too on the other hand is keeping quitet as he loves Nivedita (Neha Sargam) and not Divya.”
A source says, “Divya will get to know about the love affair of Nivedita and Siddharth soon and there are possibilities of her backing out from the marriage on the marriage eve. Siddharth is also keeping mum, but soon the silence will be broken and there will be some high voltage drama. If not on marriage eve, Divya will get to know about Siddharth and Nivedita’s affair after marriage that will give another way to the show to proceed.”
We contacted Abhishek Tewari to know more on the happening he says, “Yes, a very electrifying sequence is going to occur on the marriage eve as there are high chances of break up.”
Rishma Roshlani says, “I don’t know anything about the further happening as right now the dance sequence before marriage is going on, so really clueless about the happening.”

Nupur Alankar enters Chaand Chupa Badal Mein | 7789
Noted actress Nupur Alankar who is presently seen in plain Jane look in Zee TV’s Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo will play a typical Punjabi wedding planner in Star Plus and Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein.
Our source says, “Nupur is the bossy wedding planner whose entry will bring in a different flavour, providing a relief from the drama quotient. Nivedita (Neha Sargam) will seek a job under this lady, and this is where the interaction starts. Nupur’s screen name is Sharmila Khanna, and it will be interesting to see how she takes Nivi for a spin.”
We hear that the show will have a wave of wedding celebrations for the next two months that will bring lots of twists. This phase will also make Nivi find her own identity, and stand up as a woman.
When contacted, Nupur confirmed the news and said, “Yes, I am entering Chand today. I play a Punjabi lady, a wedding planner and Nivedita joins as my assistant. My look here is pretty innovative, and I will be seen in salwar suits.”
After Sid-Nivi breakup, Sid (Abhishek Tewari) has got engaged to Divya (Rishma Roshlani). Meanwhile the impulsive Viren (Kinshuk Mahajan) is desperately hunting for the ‘Dushman ki Beti’ who humiliated his family. However, he is unaware that the girl he is looking for is none other than Nivi. There will be a big highpoint when this truth is known to Viren.
When contacted, Producer Rajan Shahi confirmed Nupur’s entry, “Nupur is a very good actress, I have worked with her on Betiyaan and Reth. Her character will interact more with Nivi”.

Shilpa Tulaskar in Chand Chupa Badal Mein | 7595
Shilpa Tulaskar, who was last seen in Sony’s Ladies Special, is entering Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein, on Star Plus, in a special cameo. Shilpa has acted in a variety of shows like Shanti, Dil Mil Gaye and many more, up till now.The current track of Chand Chupa Badal Mein, has Nivedita aka Neha Sargam in a confused state of mind. And this is because she is unable to differentiate between the right and wrong. This is when Dadi aka Sarita Joshi tells Nivedita, that divine will help her to make right decision in her life.
When contacted Shilpa, she confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I am doing an important cameo in Chand Chupa Badal Mein. I am playing Shilpa Tulaskar itself, who will come down from Mumbai, who is dadi’s friend’s daughter. I will bring Ganpati idol with me and tell Nivedita who is in confuse state that God will help her out. I have taken this cameo, firstly because it is Rajan Shahi, who is a good friend and also it’s a good show on a good channel so why not? And now I am considering working in shows as my baby is grown up and so I can give time.”
Shilpa will be seen in traditional attire in a typical Maharashtrian style. Her character is likely to bring in high point in the show.

Kinshuk Mahajan was one of the pillars of strength of Rajan Shahi’s Bidaai on Star Plus, till he quit the show, as he did not want to be a part of the show, post-leap. He gained immense popularity as Ranvir of Bidaai and won millions of hearts.
Seems like prayers of Kinshuk’s fans’ have been heard. Since he will soon be seen in Rajan Shahi’s Chand Chupa Badal Mein on Star Plus. The actor, who was not to be seen since quite while now, was recently seen making his first ever appearance in public with Abhishek Tiwari and Neha Sargam, the cast of Chand Chupa Badal Mein.
Kinshuk was spotted with Abhishek Tewari and Neha Sargam at Oberoi Mall, to promote eco-friendly Ganpati. When asked about his experience, working with Neha and Abhishek, he said, “It was a great experience to spend time with Abhishek and Neha, both have been very nice to gel with and they gave me a warm acceptance. It’s been a nice break for me, after Bidaai as I got to spend some awesome time with family in Delhi. Now, I am eager to get back to action. Both Abhishek and Neha are nice to work with and I hope to have jolly time with them.”
Kinshuk is expected to start shoot next week. Though not much has been revealed about his character in the show, we hear that he will be paired opposite Neha Sargam. Kinshuk’s magic on screen, will surely work wonders again.
